Ken Feast – Chairperson

Ken joined the committee in 2018 and became chairperson in October 2021. With 16 years in the banking sector working for RBS and Natwest, Ken will combine his current position as Business Development Director at Natwest, helping SME’s in the East Midlands with Invoice Finance and asset-based lending requirements, with his NPS chair role.

Sarah Clarke – Committee Secretary

Sarah joined the NPS Committee in 2022, and is an Associate at RSM, working in the restructuring advisory team. Sarah is also the chair of NCASS, studied in Nottingham and has worked in the city since 2016.

Bradley Legrand Nottingham Professional Services

Bradley Legrand – Event Liaison

Brad is a Chartered Financial Planner and Director of Carter Legrand Wealth Strategies Ltd. He provides advice to business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals on achieving their financial objectives. His role on the NPS Committee is to act as the liaison officer between the NPS main committee and NPS Futures Committee to ensure joined up thinking and progression.

Nicola Whiting Nottingham Professional Services

Nicola Whiting – Finance

Nicola is a qualified chartered accountant and is currently an Audit Manager at Cooper Parry. Nicola was previously the Chairperson of the NPS Futures committee and her role on the NPS committee also includes managing all our accounting requirements.

Tom Burton

Tom joined the NPS Committee in 2022, and is a Director at Node Building Consultancy having worked in property firms across the city for 15+ years!

Nicolle Ndiweni

Nicolle has a background in business development and is currently a Business Expansion Specialist at Invest in Nottingham. She joined the committee in 2019, bringing with her years of experience in both the public and private sector. A former district councillor, cabinet member and East Midlands MEP candidate, Nicolle combines both her professional and political experience to help businesses navigate and accelerate their expansion plans in our city, whilst striving to actively engage and support her local community where possible.

Naomi McFadden – Social Media and Communications

Naomi joined the NPS committee in 2024. Naomi is an Associate at Nelsons Solicitors in the specialist Court of Protection, Trusts and Charities team. Naomi assists with the social media and website content for NPS alongside organising events. Naomi hopes to develop the variety of professionals attending NPS events and the range of events on offer to the NPS community. Outside of work Naomi is trustee and secretary of the Nottinghamshire Blood Bikes Charity.

Olivia Hilliard

With a strategic vision and a passion for driving business growth, Olivia serves as the Business Development Executive for PKF Smith Cooper, in the Midlands. With a proven track record in creating and implementing effective business development strategies, and successfully forging strategic partnerships, she brings a diverse wealth of experience to NPS committee. She is an active volunteer in her community, and a self-claimed networking enthusiast, with a mission to connect the right people together.

Sadia Hussain

Sadia is a corporate associate solicitor for Shoosmiths, based in the Nottingham office. Sadia served as the former Chair of the Nottinghamshire Junior Lawyers Division in 2023, overseeing one of the most successful years in the division’s history. Sadia’s expertise extends beyond law. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for community engagement, Sadia is well-poised to leverage her skills, network, and connections in her new role on the NPS Committee to bring innovative ideas to benefit not only lawyers but also the wider Nottingham professional community. Her commitment to diversity and professional development aligns seamlessly with the committee’s mission, ensuring a dynamic and inclusive approach. Outside of these commitments, Sadia loves to travel, ice-skate, play badminton and cooking.

Katie Cash

Katie joined the committee in 2024 and is currently a Corporate Finance Manager at Cooper Parry. Katie was previously the President of NCASS committee and has worked in the city since 2017, starting her career at PwC, after graduating from the University of Nottingham.
